cont -MAXIS Annual Dinner, Sunway Convention Centre
G'Morning!!
yup.. last nite's door gift was a gprs/mms phone voucher worth RM500.. so boleh la beli phone baru.. together with the staff phone reimbursement- claim of another RM500 total up to RM1K lah.. not bad.. tapi kalau boleh dato' Jamal, bagila voucher RM 1K ke.. its still to expensive for me to buy a Nokia 7610 lah..
last nite was kinda ok. performance was ok jugak.. btw, let me tell you some highlights on the dinner.
Opening - menari2.. mercun2.. gay goyang2 tetek ( no la.. this year takde nyah goyang2 tetek like last year..pheww.. only gay looking straight guys & straight looking gay guys shaking their asses - am always confused on the dancers' gender.. :->)
MC - harith iskandar the baldy and friendly guy.. compared to afdlin last year or yasmin (yusoff) the previous 2 yearsin a row- Harith is the best MC by far.. my opinion laa..

a short drama presentation on maxis titled " the truth is out there"- starred Maxis as "alien" Karam Singh Walya as "the reporter", the Rashid Salleh sepet guy as "Smoulder" , Vanida (youuuu asked for it..) as "Sekali". basically its a short movie on maxis and its achievements
lucky draw pick by audience - 20 numbers + 5 grandprizes - im not so lucky la lastnite.. so frustrated because the prizes were so damn cemerlang.. few plasma TVs, flat screens, home theathres (no joke man.. all good brands. no chokia brand ok.. sony, philips, toshiba, panasonic), nokia 3100,6610i, 6600, 7610, SonyEricsson K700i, K500i, iPod, Palm, travelling voucher worth RM3K, grandprize- philip LCD..
performance by Zahid, Zarina & Linda - they sang songs from AF - Warna Kehidupan, Che'Mek Molek, My Immortal, Leaving on a Jet Plane, Akan kutunggu, Where is the love.. overall not bad at all, I mean singing wise laa.. obviously they can sing la after watching them in AF. but showmanship & performance masih a bit kaku (kakakikukukerolekelakiko - as what they have been taught in AF. :->) I think Zahid need to learn more on how to handle corporate events. When i watched their outdoor performance recently during Proton Family Day in Sunway Lagoon, it was ok for him to make all the cheeky budak serabut kinda image but on corporate events.. "I dont think soooo".. (Cher from clueless). Linda OKKEHHHH tu ok jugak laa.. Zarina macam tak berapa confident jek.. lagu pon tak hafal and her pronounciation for english songs.. hampeh..
and then.. tadaaa.. along came Siti.. aiyohh that girl really took our breathe away.. once siti popped out on the stage, three quarter of the maxis male population stood up and walk towards the stage.. macam kena pukau gitu kan.. siti macam pied pipper la.. tiup seruling jek semua tikus datang.. i was so impressed bcos of her magnificent magnatic field. dia muncul jek semua lelaki bangun and jalan kedepan.. hehehe.. sometimes im so kesian of all the hopeful guys which i believe each and everyone of em mesti menanam perasaan to be the lucky guy that can steal her heart (or to be precise take her virginity.. :P)
anywho.. above all she's indeed superb.. in angelic glittering white attire.. with angelic voice.. i really respect her lahh.. ( gua suspet sama lu siti!) suara dia memang sedap.. there's this one part where she sang "aku cinta padamu" in all music genre.. broadway, hiphop, dangdut, rock.. suara dia memang superbb la.. gila sedappp.. lagu dangdut pon sedapp no.. she also sang a mandarin song, kuch kuch hota hei.. her personality is great and the songs she sang sume sedapp laa.. bak kata harith last nite.. with such a beautiful face and voice like that why la some ppl just haf to write nasty things about her.. hehe.. memang jeles la tu.. kalau betul la kak pah si taik lalat palsu tu punye kerja.. memang dah buang tebiat la orang tua tu.. kalau siti nordiana ke.. or sape2 jelah budak muda yang wrote the email kira ok la jugak because they have this rival rage competing with their own batch.. ini si makcik tetek besar montot leper tu dah la dah tua, tak seswai nak compete dengan siti.. your time is over la makcik.. dulu masa ko muda2 nyanyi dgn broery lagu "dinda-kanda" tu siap tunjuk cleavage sume still tak sedar2 diri lagi ke.. if u look at artist rivalry in the US music industry tu macam J-lo gaduh vs Madonna vs Whitney.. and Xtina Aguilera vs Britney... baru lah betul.. britney siap boleh collaborate lagi ngan madonna.. that's how its supposed to be. orang tua guide the younger ones.. whatever it is gasak korang la labu.. ko nak begaduh ke sukati la ekk.. people haf opinions.. being a public figure bukan kita boleh satisfykan semorang..
oh ye.. before that i have something to kutuk siti.. tak sah la kalau siti tak kena kutuk kan?? hehe.. btw, talking about Siti and her English (err.. i might not be good in english as well.. but who cares.. hahah.. i have to spread this news to the world since I witnessed this with my own ears & eyes and so does the rest of the 2000 something maxis staffs) There's this one part in the event after she sang the KuchKuch song with a very sporting indian guy named Sasi.. it was so damn hillarious.. joget2 lari2 keliling pentas.. ok back to the kelakar part.. So Siti started a conversation la.. lebih kurang macam ni bunyik nya, "Oklah.. dah habis Bollywood, kite beralih ke music lain.. Bukan Hollywood atau PLAYWOOD [pronounced pe-lir wood] (i think what she meant was PLYWOOD- tak pernah lak aku dengar PLAYWOOD).. Sekarang Siti akan menyampaikan lagu Mandarin.. bla bla.. " hahahah.. nasib baik la kau tu cute.. kesian betul la siti ni.. kisah dia and her english pronounciation nih tak habis2.. mesti kena jek.. keh keh..
apa lagi ekk.. oh ya.. my ex-boss (encik azlan - current south-east regional manager) mr icy cool james ingram is one of the winner of senior management award.. thumbs up to him.. although i only work with him for a short time, he's indeed a great boss.. his voice alone can dominate us with his charm.. cheleyyy.. takde la ensem pon.. ok la presentable look with dahi jendul but my gosh bila dia cakap.. so sedap lah.. he has some kinda power in his voice and the way he talks. (totally Beckham like.. NOT!!) wish could work with him again.. entah la.. my luck with bosses is not that good.. ive always been assigned to women with personal issues. there's sthing about women bosses.. i dont know why i hate working with women.. they are so temperamental.. working with men best lah.. takde emosi emosi nih.. nak gaduh boleh gaduh pastu no heart feelings, no merajuk2.. kalu ngan boss pempuan nih.. aiyoo.. let me tell you.. macam2 kes.. yang ada fertility issues tak boleh mengandunglah.. having spouse crisislah.. haiyooo.. macam2.. malang betul nasib aku nih..
ok back to dinner ...food.. hmmm.. tak sedap sangat la.. biasa aje.. chinese cuisine.. fish jek sedap.. lain2 tu very ordinary lah..
well.. well.. overall thank you to Cik Leymah for fetching and sending me to and from Sunway Convention Centre..

Maxis Annual Dinner 09/10/2004
tonite's the nite.. our annual dinner lah apa lagi.. dunno lah what's the doorgift this year.. rumours cakap handphone voucher worth RM500. kite tunggu dan lihat.. malam ni performance by siti nurhaliza + the af2 guys and girls.. well.. im no longer anticipating siti's performance actually.. im more into misya pulak lately nih.. i think i had enuff of siti already la.. i have been her fan for the longest time but macam lately lagu2 dia dah takde chemistry lah.. maybe its about time i like other artist.. but i still love her though.. just not into her music anymore.. ok lah.. i have to make a move.. hit home and get ready for the dinner..

Proton Family Day - Sunway Lagoon (19/09/04)
Last Sunday it was raining heavily.. dah la aku jek makcik mengandung 8 bulan teboyot boyot jalan kaki satu sunway lagoon tu dalam hujan.. my kaki was sooo bengkak because we're halfway from the carpark and hujan starts to pour heavily.. dah la the designated carpark for proton staff dalam sunway college.. pastu lepas kitorang dah masuk tu my aunt yg keje kat sunway medical ctr kata dah ada sorang proton staff baru admitted pasal jatuh kat kepala..sereemmmm.. and then another problem plak.. ada 31 orang dah admit lagi pasal breakfast problem.. food poisoning la plak.. nasib baik la kitorang datang lewat sikit.... ishh.. macam macam lak jadik.. pastu dah petang lepas amik lunch dengar cite the first batch of lunch pon ada masalah.. unfortunately we ate the first batch.. aiyooo.. maka semalam aku pon mc pasal teberak2 cair.. tapi nasib baik lah tak severe sangat because we only eat a small portion of the curry.. yang teruk2 cases sume orang yang makan nasik lemak.. caterer tu tamak aku rasa.. staff proton + family sume dalam 15K.. tu musti rasuah.. takde capibility nak masak untuk orang ramai camtu bagi la tender kat orang lain separuh.. aku rasa dia masak cepat sangat so sume dah basi..
luckily it was a great performance by linda, zahid and farah.. zahid the chunky boy was verryy chicky.. so cute.. dah la debab2 ayam nyanyi lagu m daud kilau tu gelek2.. farah is cute as well kulit dia flawless & gebu2 ayam... linda is pretty as ever..
dah la aku takleh naik rides & rollercoaster sume.. lepas konset terus balik.. pastu masa naik bukit hujan lebat balik.. ishhh.. gila betul ari ahad tu.. major disaster!! kaki aku dah bengkak macam orang kena untut.. menyesal aku pegi.. letih badan tak hilang lagi.. nasib baik tak teberanak kat jambatan gantung sunway tu..
itu sahaja cerita saya buat kali nih.. :P

Just got back from kampung. went back on Friday evening with GEN2.. my hubby has been given a company car from his boss - to be tested and he has to make a report. We were on a 1.6 gold colored brandnew gen2.. Overall I think the car is not bad at all. I don't know why people has been complaining about the car. takde la buruk pon kereta tu.. if u compare with evo ke beamer ke memang lah u can feel a huge difference.. Dunno lah.. I cant talk about cars because I simply not good in technical stuff for automotive business. I was born to be in telecommunication business.. hehe Maxis Boleh!!
Ok back to cerita kampung.. For all those who do not know where Palong is, its quite a remote kampung situated somewhere in daerah Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. Its at sempadan Bdr Muazam, Pahang and Segamat Johor. Actually its one of the Felda territory. Ni kampung husband i sebenarnya, actually its not his actual kampung, he is a N9-er but the father is a government servant under felda so they move a lot. According to my hubby since he was a kid he has been moving up and down.. penat lah pindah randah nih.. luckily i have staying in jb for the longest time.. only lepas kawin jek pindah kl nih..
so back to my in laws place punye cerita.. family diorang ni pencinta alam sikit.. a huge nursery filled with all kinds of flowers and a taman infront of the house with one kolam with loads of ikan (ikan kaloi, sembilang, talapia.. all sorts of ikan air tawar).. so last weekend i have been feeding rabbits, ayam seramas, play wif some comel kucings (i am not a kucing person.. my husband is!) bought few ikans for the aquarium and the kolam and menjerat burung punai.. ( i finally know how a burung punai looks like!.. :P) err.. tapi i don't eat the punai la.. it is so tiny. my hubby said there are 2 types of punai that people eat. the normal punai and punai tanah which is bigger in size.. im not a bird person also.. i mean as in eating. macam tengok tulang2 burung tu macam makan baby lak rasa pasal cinonet sangat.. even my lil sis in law (6yr old) can eat up to 8 ekor punais according to mak.. can u imagine the cinonetness?? tapi kan aku ingatkan burung punai tu buruk.. (since malay people always relate penis to punai) but sebenarnya punai tu cantik tau.. gebu fluffy and warna warni.. not even close to penis bekedut2 tu.. wahahhah.. wanted to take a group photo of kambings passing by infront of the house with me new cam.. tapi kena marah lak.. macam jakun lak.. hehehe..
ok.. cerita lain lak.. semalam on the way back balik KL i have told my husband to drive slowly as we're passing by Kuala Pilah because they always have small stalls selling lemang at the roadside, sekali tu as we passed few kedai's my hubby said "lemang tu buruk lah, batang dia hangus lah.. etc" so dalam hati dah kecik hati dah.. and he kept on bragging " alaa.. abang tiap2 tahun bakar lemang, u kan tengok how sedap, pretty and beautiful my lemangs were.." aku pong membebel la.. "abis kalu nak tunggu lemang cantik and sedap kena la tunggu 2 bulan lagi.. dah la aku ni nak beranak raya nanti.. tak sempat la makan lemang.. mama dah awal2 warning masa pantang takleh makan lemang pasal pulut angin la.. sejuk laa.. urat kembang laa.. bla bla.. pastu dah lepas turun Bukit Putus terus masuk Seremban dah takde dah kedai jual lemang.. aku punye frust gile kecik hati.. terus merajuk diam and tido je la sampai kl.. later at home, after i cook some rice to eat dinner, pastu tak lalu lak nak makan.. bila my hubby ajak makan sama ntah apa hantu masuk aku terus lak melalak.. macam kelakar lak rasa.. punyalah sedih je tak dapat lemang tu.. finally i really experience my so called "mengidam" thing.. bukan la mengidam sangat.. tapi feeling nak makan tu macam sedih gila bila tak dapat.. selalunya takde lah macam nih.. tapi sedih lagi tau.. kang aku mintak laki aku bakar lemang bawah apartment kang ada plak polis datang saman.. aiyoooooo.. tatau lah mana nak carik lemang kat KL nih.. :_(

Just bought a new camera (9/9/2004-Thursday -OLYMPUS Mju 410) for my baby
comel.. kang terberanak lak tiba2 takde camera nak amik gambar. Got a good really good bargain with a lot of free gifts! got it for RM1299.00. dapat free tripod,watch, 16MB+128MB XD memory card, 2 leather casing (penat gaduh ngan amoi tu mintak one of the nice casing) and another soft pouch, 400 free 4R digital printing dan macam2 lagi.. warranty pon 3 years.. bought it at Photo Flash, KLCC from a really nice amoi named Pat..

Cheap Wayang Day (WEDNESDAY)
Aiyooo me so absent minded lah.. I kinda forget that today my shift starts at 9.00am. Now its 7.30am and i'm already stuck at my desk. telupaaa sangat2.. everyday i will go out to work with me sweetheart and his working hour is at 8.00am. Semalam I reminded myself to wake up a lil late nak naik cab.. tapi pagi tadi telupa la plak..
Since the last time I updated the blog, so many things had happened.
1. Well, I haven't been able to watch PGL yet. Last Wednesday nite due to the unsuitable time slot, instead of watching PGL, we watched Collateral. It was a superb movie. very realistic. I think the director use a different sound system. It sounded like a real life drama.. tatau lah.. ke aku yang pekak..
2. Mihwan&Yaya's baby finally registered with "Khalida Iman" bukan Putri Gusti Retro.. phewww..
3. The skinny bitch (my boss) will be on hospitalised leave until the 15th Sept.. Yahuuuu!!
4. Naik kereta baru Leymah (Satria 1.5 Special Edition) <-- lawaa.. color kuning!!
5. Babydel (my lil sis) gaduh ngan mama and she's currently staying with us.. sedapp aritu dia masak nasik Paprett.. (its a nice feeling when u arrive at home from office and the food is ready on the table ek?)
6. Went shopping for the baby stuff (on Saturday) since the Mega Sale will only come back in December. Bought 4 pairs of baby pyjama, 2 pairs of mittens & booties, playpent, etc... (basic baby equipment la..)
Well that's about all the important updates I guess..
Today is another cheap wayang day.. tatau la nak pegi nengok wayang ke dak sebab sume bembarang dapur dah habis, this month our makanan in the fridge is the very the berkat because I practically cook everyday.. last nite I cooked the very last ikan in the fridge, and complemented with the very last drop of beras in the tong.. sume cukup2 jek.. So arini kena buat major groceries shopping. tatau la semenjak 2-3 bulan baby dah besar dalam perut ni appetite makan lain macam jek. memang tak lalu makan kat luar. id rather cook everyday than eat at kedai2..
haa.. ni.. I have a scarry story to share. Lately (at least for the past 2 weeks) I have been having nightmares about "Ular". so weird aa? Setau aku mimpi ular meant for orang yang nak kawin jek.. heehe.. mimpi on behalf kot.. maybe ada siblings or close frens yang nak kawen ke tak lama lagi.. tapi the story plot is the same.. the ular is chasing at me. and last night was pretty scarry because the were few ulars instead of the usual one huge one.. (but i havent watched anaconda yet!!)
OK lah.. nak pi breakfast.. lapaaaaaaaa!

Walauweeiiii.. me feel sooo sleepy lah.. Just had a huge breakfast with Lalitha.. btw, just for your info and my pleasure, today's gonna be a great day because my skinny sorryass boss is not around to make our lives miserable. They said she went for a minor surgery, I was not around yesterday so I don't really know what was happening. From a reliable source, I heard she had a minor surgery - snip-snap those fallopian tube ( they said she had some kinda fertility issues). Anyway enuff bout that. Pretty scarry talking about surgeries.. nak terberanak lak rasa.. tercontraction makkk.. aww!!
Anyway Happy Merdeka to everybody and CONGRATULATIONS YAYA & IWAN for delivering "Gusti Putri Iman" (dah daftar nama ke?) .. a great merdeka feeling indeed for yaya.. bravoo!! mengantuknya rasa diriku ini.. boring lahh olympic dah habis nih.. takde semangat2 meremang bulu roma lagi.. aiyoooooooooohh.. so many things to do.. so many calls to attend.. pening kepala.. baby very moderate moving today.. no extreme kickboxing today.. today's wednesday (hari wayang murah!) thought of watching Puteri Gunung Ledang.. I just hope it'll turn out good.. jangan macam cerita pontianak sundal babi tu.. overexposed jek iklan tapi tah apa2 tah jalan cerita..

Well.. its my first day blogging.. finally! Its a Sunday and I'm working like a crazy cow.. I've always wanted to write a diary but it has never been successful. Even when the ol primary school days where I used to buy pretty lil sweet scented books every new year came. Hangat2 taik ayam jek.. I always like to read ppl's blog but I just don't have the time to write my own. Well I guess I'm not a good writer (both my english and malay grammar is bad!!) and I simply don't know how to express things on writing. The only reason why I would like to start out a blog is to write on my stomach's movements progression since I'm currently counting days to see my unborn child.. OMG I'm so intensely exited!! baby kicking.. swooshing.. kickboxing.. I have never imagine I could experienced such a beautiful feeling inside me.. so sedih and nak nangis jek rasa kadang2 when I'm too happy thinking about it.. Its so ironic how a kick inside your body gives me a rush of warmth and heavenly love that I've never experienced before... its just so indescribable..
Today my baby is active as usual.. most movements felt on the lower part of the abdoment (near to the pelvic bone).. based on the last chk up (16/08) my baby's position is still not at the right placing. The head is still on top whereby the doc said it is supposed to be the other way around (since its in the 27th week already! takut lak songsang.. nauzubillah!) the gender was still ambiguous. (pemalu baby i ni nak tunjuk uk-uk dia) active at around late morning today (10am- 12am). Now (3.25pm) she/he is a bit quiet. Sleeping perhaps. Anyway, mommy a bit pening lah. dunno why. Since last week I had few terrible headaches and when I went for my recent doc visit due to the headache (21st Aug) my bloodpressure was so high 150/85. It's wayyy beyond my normal BP (which is normally 120/70). I can't figure out the reason why but I bet its because of my eating routine lately that blows from a buffalo to a freakin PIG. My appetite is superbly humongest!! Have been listening to other mommies advising me to control my eating habit starting 7 months and or my baby will be a big baloon!! My sisters have been calling me "Mommy-Mok". Aiyohhhh!!! pening kepala aku.. I've gained around 22 kgs since. Angah (my 2nd sis) predicted that my baby is a 5Kilo-er!! (alamakkk.. tekoyakk2 rasa) My sisters all so evil wann!! hmmmm..
Well.. I guess that's about it for today.. hv to get ready,pack & go back.. no point of staying in the office for too long on Sundays (LOSER!).. my hubby normally will fetch me on time and he doesn't like to wait.. :P
